“The house is beautiful - four poster beds, spacious, clean and in good repair. The garden is fantastic - private - gorgeous planting and wonderful places to sit at all times of day. The beach is a short walk and has a safe natural pool for bathing. Saman, who runs the house, is the friendliest, most efficient and sweetest host imaginable. He has a Tuk Tuk and will show you the local area - all included in our stay!! His local knowledge is invaluable - great restaurants and fun trips to experience the richness of the locality - don't miss the 6am trip to the fish market nor the wonderful Buddist Temple. The property Manager is also extremely professional and helpful - they organised a driver from the airport and for our onward trip - all very reasonable and professional, what great service!”
“The Nilupul Gardens is a wonderful place to stay. The house is brand new and classy furnished. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Fan, air condition, a lot of space to arrange your stuff. There are two well equipped kitchens you can use. It felt like home. Sherman, the housekeeper is a really nice guy. He smiles a lot and will help you what ever you need. He also has a Tuk Tuk and is a safe driver. He knows a lot of people and can arrange some trips for a fair price for you. We can recommend the fish market in the morning. Crazy place. We really liked to stay at this place and when we come back to Sri Lanka we will stay there again. Thanks for all!”
